• more robust handling of inputs
• use git style commands. E.g. main executable called skel3d with subcommands for computing MAT and derivatives (e.g. simplified point cloud).
• automatically compute what is necessary to execute subcommand (e.g. skel3d simplify <dataset> would compute normals and MAT using default parameters if not done already).
• store parameter values that were used to process in an output file
• use ma_data struct everywhere
• batch processing
• add lfs simplification code
• change to MIT license
