The new Outlaw Rogue Talent - Underhanded Upper Hand - causes several of your abilities to not lose duration while other abilities are active:

Slice and Dice does not lose duration during Blade Flurry.
Blade Flurry does not lose duration during Adrenaline Rush.
Adrenaline Rush does not lose duration during while Stealthed.
Stealth abilities can be used for an additional 3 sec after Stealth breaks.

In the screenshot, you can see that the actual duration of Slice and Dice is 40 seconds (but is currently paused because Blade Flurry is active) but the duration timer shows over an hour remaining. This does not occur when I turn off Omni CC:

I am running the latest OmniCC version, which came out today.

1h feels like that the game is misreporting the time to OmniCC
