refactor(update): make it really minimal - 340bytes; boilerplate stuff

rewrite from scratch; expose ES, CJS and UMD bundles; no more support for emitting DOM events; not
using DOM, so working on node too

BREAKING CHANGE: Not based on DOM, so works on Node too; Has .on, .off, .once and .emit methods;
support chaining and emitting multiple params (maximum 3)
