GET https://xxxxxxxxxx.an.r.appspot.com/_nuxt/img/logo.6e4172b.svg 404

のようにWebpackで処理された静的ファイルが見つからないとあるが

/.nuxt/dist/client/img/logo.6e4172b.svg

が存在している、単純に参照ミス。
