Docker build in container and function step will fail silently #625

Describe the bug
Use the source attribute in container step. Create a Dockerfile with bad command, i.e. retrieve a file that doesn't exist. Flowpipe run happily and will not report the error.

Flowpipe version (flowpipe -v)
Example: v0.2.1

Fixed in https://github.com/turbot/pipe-fittings/releases/tag/v0.2.2.
