For services where you want to put the webhook URL in, but can't reasonably treat the whole URL as a secret

Hi I'm experimenting with webhooks in Matrix. And I like your solution so far quite a lot (thanks for that!) as it enables advanced use cases. I would like to ask for this feature as well, since it would help to have a more generic solution for various services I would like to integrate into the Matrix. ;)
