Latest version of docker image throws error Error: Please install pg package manually #391

To Reproduce

Step by step instructions to reproduce the behavior:

Use image tagged latest

Expected behavior

Container runs normally

Describe the bug

Container does not start and throws error: Error: Please install pg package manually

If I use the previous latest image from 5 months ago (ae424db3dc6c) everything runs perfectly.
