Standalone server

As the README says:
"In the future tusd may be extended with additional functionality to make it suitable as a standalone production upload server, but for now this is not a priority."

This issue deals with the standalone version of tusd.

Hi @Amodio, speaking for Transloadit, this is still not a priority for us as we'll be looking to implement tus as part of our node processes in the near future. However tus != transloadit so there may be other people in the community that can work with you to make this happen. What would in your eyes be required to make tusd production ready?

The ability to run it without the NodeJS server basically. I have not as much dived into the code so far to be more accurate.

@Amodio That's already possible since tusd is a project in Go. I could imagine you'd want better logging / error handling / packaging if you want to run tusd in production, but you won't need nodejs. Maybe I'm misunderstanding?

For what it's worth, tusd has been steady in 'production' as backend for the tus.io demo since April 2013.

tusd is standalone now and can be run without any additional service and is independent from any Node.JS project.
