rolled over course from last year (archive not working)

Archives must be numbered now.
e.g.
archive not acceptable.
archive-1 works

it may just have been that courses need to be republished.
which means any existing course needs to be republished using tutors-publish

Thanks @cdunphy - this is probably true, will verify and issue an update for courses that cannot be republished
