Add "--release" to cargo examples #1

Great project!

Briefly glanced over the examples to run, I think "--release" switch should be added. By default, cargo builds in debug it's many many times slower.

Thank you for the feedback! This is my first time working with Rust, so still learning the conventions. I've updated the documentation accordingly.
