Error running assetic:dump #17

Getting this error when trying to dump assets. Using Symfony2. Is this project even supported anymore?

$ php app/console assetic:dump
Dumping all dev assets.
Debug mode is on.

  [Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\ContextErrorException]                                                    
  Warning: is_dir(): Unable to find the wrapper "rsfc" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP?
