Looks like you've got https://pypi.org/project/py3-sg set up, while https://pypi.org/project/py_sg is stuck in 2009, with metadata pointing at a long-nonexistent domain (:joy:).

Would it be helpful for me to transfer ownership of py_sg to you? Or just to update the metadata to point to the new package?
