xl breakpoint on margin and padding not working

It seems that the xl breakpoint for either the margin and the padding classes (m-xl-4, mb-xl-4, p-xl-2, etc) is not working. Is this a known issue or not?

I'm currently using 4.5.3.

Here's the code snippet of my HTML file.

	<div class="row">
		<div class="col-12 col-xl-9 mb-xl-4">
			...
		</div>
		<div class="col-12 col-xl-3">
			...
		</div>
	</div>

Never mind, it is working again. Weird.
