Use of line-height-computed make it impossible to change the height of the navbar #11443

I think variabless.less should define:

@navbar-line-height-computed: @line-height-computed;

Where @line-height-computed in navbar.less should be replace by @navbar-line-height-computed.

Change the @navber-height and @navbar-padding-vertical and you should get it.

thanks, this works. Although this doesn't effect the size of the navbar-form elements
