Probably an inflammatory title but I mean it. What are developers supposed to do with the download on http://getbootstrap.com/ ?
I want to build sites with Bootstrap. I have no interest in building the documentation's Jekyll site. For a developer who wants to build a new site by customising Bootstrap completely (that is pulling apart the less, changing the JS files, adding design assets, etc), the default download is incredibly unhelpful.
Could the two be separated so that there's a clean grunt project that just builds bootstrap?

grunt dist builds just Bootstrap itself.
See also #11035. We're not separating the docs into another repo because it makes it much more painful/difficult to keep them up-to-date with changes to the code.
