Hi,
trying to make a page using bootsrap 3 in czech language, but czech characters like ě š č ř ž ý á í é are not working. it just displays some bougus instead.. How can I make it work pleas!

This is extremely unlikely to be caused by Bootstrap. For general web development help, please ask on a different forum (e.g. StackOverflow).
