Bootstrap 4.0.0-Beta Display Classes Not Respected on iOS

When testing against BrowserStack remote devices, which included iPad, I uncovered this issue irregardless of whether the navigator was Safari or Chrome. Works fine on Android-based tablets. Please test on a physical "hands-on" or remote iPad to reproduce.

When reporting a bug, include:

• Operating system and version: iOS 8.2+ on iPad
• Browser and version: Safari and Chrome

I also tested on iPhone 6+, iOS 9+ with Safari and Chrome. Unfortunately, defect is present. Again, works as expected on Android 4.2+ with Chrome.
