Could probably decrease it even more. If merged, I will backport it.

This should help us in cases of timeouts. The default timeout is either 4 or 6 hours.

EDIT: it's 360 minutes = 6 hours https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/actions/reference/workflow-syntax-for-github-actions#jobsjob_idtimeout-minutes
