File input styling issue with high DPI #32333

175% DPI

Chromium Edge doesn't have the exact issue; there's still a white background but it's smaller.

Noticed it while viewing the Cheatcheet. I'm not sure if there's something we can do as it seems a browser issue with high DPI and rounding.
