Can't choose first option with mouse click

Chrome 19.0.1084.46 & Firefox 12

Steps to reproduce:

1. http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/javascript.html#typeahead
2. type one letter inside typeahead textbox (can't find regularity - a,b,c,..)
3. try to select first option with mouse click - sometimes you can't do it (just hides typeahead items and remain field with that one letter).

ps works correct always only inside Opera browser.

Just tried nearly every letter and it worked every time for me. Have a feeling this is just a fluke, but if you find more evidence or if anyone else finds this problem, please do open a new issue with details.
