Release SASS version and Rails Gem

It would be really nice if Bootstrap released a SASS version and GEM like Foundation by Zurb does. I know there are some Gems out there but its annoying when the newest version comes out and then the Gem isn't updated yet. Also SASS support built in would be a great feature!

We have to leave this to others at this time. Adding a Sass version means double the work as it's effectively double the work.

You can use a LESS to SASS converter.

@jclusso : Less compiles faster than Sass. Less is implemented in JavaScript. Less is simple.
Zurb foundation is cool. But compass is more better than zurb.
