不太清楚什么情况能触发方糖的微信推送提醒？

目前，任何新评论都会微信推送

使用方糖在线发送消息成功的，博客评论收到不微信推送，已设置

"SC_SENDKEY": "SCU92396Tef7bc0956ff83a0cff8e0da7f…………"
