SMTP_PASS 生成填入之后，User 是你的 QQ 账号，只需要这两个就可以了。

？谢谢回复，为啥单独发个issue？
不过我又换了个 gmail 账号设置成功了

因为 issues 关闭了，只能新开一个。
既然解决了我把这个关了。
