Since it's scary to set something up in front of your production box, would be nice to see a demo of the thing in action showing how it can be used to diagnose a problem. Linking to a video, walkthrough with screenshots, whatever. Just a thought!

@afeld Thanks for the feedback. We're planning on having a live demo running on Heroku by the end of the week.
