Feature Request: Support Flex Configuration API

Issue Summary

It doesn't appear that the Flex UI Configuration API is exposed via the Terraform providers.

It would be great if this were to be added so that it can be managed via Terraform like everything else.

Hi @petehannam

The Flex UI Configuration API is not exposed via the Terraform provider because the underlying Configuration API does not currently support a delete/destroy action, which is a requirement for an API being supported in Terraform. Should the Configuration API support deletion at a later date, the Terraform provider would be able to manage a Flex UI Configuration resource.
