According to the API docs here it seems CURL is the only way to add a file to a SupportingDocument. Please support this properly via this gem.

We're looking into supporting this across the helper libraries, but no definitive plans yet. Pull requests and +1s on the issue summary will help it move up the backlog.

It boggles the mind that Twilio would release this Regulatory docs requirement without proper API support. If it were optional I could understand, but at least in Japan I cant add new numbers without it.
