Function itself is causing an error - Do I need to add something?

I'm encountering an error with the function itself. Is there anything I need to add? I'm using Visual Basic 6.0 (VB6), and the source code is unchanged and working. Since VB6 defines the function, I believe it's unlikely that there's a "typo" in the code. Any help would be appreciated.
