Sync templates with pydoctor 21.2.2 release

The custom pydoctor templates that Twisted uses are not updated yet for the new pydoctor 21.2.2 release. As a result, some of the output is rendered incorrectly:

• subheaders like "class documentation" are shown as plain text
• the syntax highlighting for "def func" is broken
• the new "show private API" button isn't there
