Support for predictions / PATCH endpoints

Apparently with the API it wouldn't be possible to manage predictions. The Twitch predictions endpoint needs PATCH requests and from what I see on the library patch is not a valid method.

Add support for sending patch requests.

As for now I'm doing all without a library, using fetch requests.
