Most of the bootstrap templates are based on a standard scale of size. shrinking the window will Stack elements and move things are required... it will remove additional padding and resolve some size problems...
but the font will stay the same causing overflow of content boxes and making things ugly quickly.
There are ways to fix this but Id love to see an officially supported method. Id rather see the page itself move as required to keep the page layout constant.

We'll be working on that more closely in coming versions, but it's not something we're prioritizing right now. For now, change font-sizes on your own as appropriate.
