IE10 container resizing is consistant. #29

Last test will resize in Fx & Chrome, but not IE10: http://codepen.io/tomByrer/pen/ZYELXG/?editors=110
You can comment out the "target IE" CSS block; makes no difference.
(Though you may not want to provide a fix or workaround, though it would be prudent to document.)

can you provide a snapshot of IE10 on ���preview-svg.html with troubles about current render ?

Sorry, but this issue isn't about your test page, it is about mine.
`img { max-width: 100%; } behaves differently in IE10 than other browsers.
Might only need a documentation mention for the pitfall or workaround.

can you please provide a PR mentioning what I should mention which is not 100% clear to me ? :-)

also, it's worth mentioning that the library creates images with SVGs as src and in this case I don't see any inconsistency. You most likely need the library to find and place emoji in your text anyway so I am not sure this is a real-world concern.
