In Twemoji, the 🤣 Rolling on the Floor Laughing emoji seems a bit too exaggerated. If it could be toned down a bit, I think it would look more natural.
Also, there are eyes (pupils) that look a bit too large for the two v's for eyes. (It looks a bit… evil.)

Hey, thanks for bringing this up — we've added it to our list to review in preparation for the next release. We may remove the pupils.
