After Adding new nodes, the data could not auto move to new nodes

According to the consistent-hashing, my access of some old data on old nodes would be route to new added empty nodes by twemproxy, some of my data would be "missing" in the end. Does twemproxy provide an automatic way to move the affacted(by key hashing) data to new added nodes?Or show me a manual workround instead?

twemproxy does not provide an automatic way to move the affected keys. To need to code up a workaround to make this happen.
