Scroll View in reverse?

I am using the TUIScrollView. When I layout my subviews and scroll the TUIScrollView, all the elements scroll in reverse as I expect.

For example, I add a TUIView instance as a subview to my scroll view. I set the content size in layoutSubviews. When I scroll the scroll view down, the subview moves upwards and the when I scroll up, the subview moves downwards.

Any ideas why this would happen?
