Twitter Typeahead namespace (this plugin) conflicts with twitter bootstrap typeahead namespace (version 2.3.2)

This jQuery plugin uses the same namespace as twitter boostrap typeahead (version 2.3.2.) There ought to be a means to either rename this plugin's namesapce or have something like noConflict or have this plugin's namespace have an alias.

Adding a noConflict method is long overdue. I've added this to the v0.10.1 milestone.

Thanks jharding. It is a simple fix I could of had done myself; but it is one with can have a lot of consequences, so I thought best that someone with clout make a decision and aye or nay it.
