Expected Behavior

scan from picture and camera

Current Behavior

scan from camera

Detailed Description

scan from picture,so that people can save qrcode and then open Brooks instead of scan from other device.

Ref #34 #226 says QR code scanning is implemented but the latest v20210101 APK on Android says "Please wait, this feature is in progress." Is QR code scanning only on iOS right now?

Also, do you open source your mobile app code? Perhaps I can help implement this feature..
