Unable to use on server

Hi there, nobody on out network has the ability to use the mods items, we've installed winterly and trinkets, even those of us with OP, however, it is registering the hitboxes of the blocks for instance, just wont allow any of them to be placed, I'm curious on how to resolve this issue, thank you.
