[select] label value should dictate min width #399

Describe the bug:
The min width of a select cuts off the label value. (see image)

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add a new select element to any existing project.

Expected behavior:
Label should force width of select field to be a minimum width to render the label value.
