Speed brakes do not retract in flight

Hey,

Thanks for the new version, looks much better!

I am reporting an issue related to speed brakes. When expanded to 50% in flight, it is no longer possible to retract them (even after landing).

Steps to reproduce:

• Launch any flight
• Start descent
• Use speed brakes at 50%
• Speed brakes do not retract anymore and can only be extended to 100%
• Even after landing they still do not retract (and can obviously not be armed for landing either)

Hope this is something you will be able to fix and thanks a lot in advance!
