Dialog boxes to automate logging a payment when a new customer is created, except in the case of a Drop In, those payments are logged when checking in.
Monthly -> "Have you paid your monthly dues for this month?"
Punch Card -> "Did you just purchase a Punch Card?"
This should only be implemented in checkin->new-customer not in the notebook based one.
