I get the following issue on Chrome and Safari:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 410 (Gone)

This has been discussed here as well: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30782282/youtube-iframe-error/30876876#comment49857043_30876876

Is there a fix in the coming for the said error?

I'm almost sure its not the plugin's fault but rather youtube's itself? Not sure, but there is not much that could be done to fix it on lazyYT code.

It seems that the old YouTube API is closed.

Used the js from the Demo (v1.1.1 http://works.daugilas.com/lazyYT/lazyYT.js ) with my own API from google-console (youtube api) and the error is gone.

Is it possible to merge some stuff from toleabivol?
