Feature Request - Lazy Render

Right now, in ember-attacher the tooltips are all pre-rendered and in the dom. For my use case, we are putting allot of complex content (lists, menus, inputs, etc) in the popovers.

If this is added, it could indirectly resolve #64

Ember-tooltips supports this right now: https://github.com/sir-dunxalot/ember-tooltips#enable-lazy-rendering

But I like ember-attacher better because I do not want or need to override styling when using the {{#ember-attacher.

What say you? I do not mind putting in some work and PR'ing it, but don't want to start without buy in.
