This implies GitHub send back garbage when asking for CH releases. I'd assume a random network error or something, but Maoy also reported this error already (through Discord DMs).

Currently needs better error reporting tools to debug what happened.

More information is provided since v2.21, this issue is currently blocked on the bug happening again and then more information making it's was to here.

Either the GitHub API being weird/broken, or lua-https (as I compiled it). Not sure how to figure out which is which, and this does happen rarely.
