Looks like mypy 1.7 release may be coming soon, we can wait a week or so.

Reminder: Release notes should mention that RelatedManager moved to a different module, and also it no longer derives from Manager class, but intead BaseManager. #1814 (comment)

Also would be nice to include the final part of @cached_property changes:

The release is pending because I've been meaning to review #1805, but haven't had the time.

If no surprises turn up, I should be able to do it on Friday and then release soon after (depending on whether further changes are warranted in the PR).
