Use case: you have a template for quests that you want to re-use. The template includes prompts using rich text formatting.

Intended interaction
GM creates a template quest. This template may include objectives, GM notes, description prompts and sub-quests.
The GM keeps titles the quest with "template" or local language equivalent. The point being that different objectives and sub-quests may have the same name in the same system. (not sure if that's a constraint to worry about)
The GM selects a button or otherwise indicates that she wants to duplicate the quest. All objectives, text and sub-quests are duplicated and independent of the original template quest.

If possible I'd like to handle this post RCOS involvement for the 0.8.0 release of FQL as this potential feature involves the QuestDB and I'll be making a few changes there for 0.8.0 that affects this feature.
