Searched existing issues to avoid creating duplicates.
Confirmed that it can be reproduced in built-in themes without customized css.
If it only exists in 3rd party themes or css, you can still report it, but please attach the theme target or the css file. We may not "fix" it, if it is caused by 3rd party themes or css styles that we cannot support.
Describe the bug
Italian word po' is not correctly handled in spell check. The Italian word po' is a case where the aphostrophe is part of the word itself. This is short for poco (little of). When typing the word po' (with the expected aphostrophe) the two letter part (po) is underlined red as mispelled word. Right clicking on it suggests the correction po'. So it seems the spell chekcing logic is ignoring the aphostrophe even if it is there.
I am using Windows 11 and installed Italian language pack.
