  • Searched existing issues to avoid creating duplicates.

  • Confirmed that it can be reproduced in built-in themes without customized css.

If it only exists in 3rd party themes or css, you can still report it, but please attach the theme target or the css file. We may not "fix" it, if it is caused by 3rd party themes or css styles that we cannot support.

  • Searched http://support.typora.io/

Any chance this can get resolved? It seems like a simple fix.

You should not be tagging people like you just did. For two big reasons.

  1. People responsible for the repo already get automatically notified. Maybe you tagged people specifically in the hopes that your request would more likely be heard. Which means you believe your request is more important than all the others waiting for attention.

You'll notice there are 700 open issues. Trust me, there are dozens if not hundreds more important than yours.

  2. Only Abner is the maintainer of Typora or writes any code for it. The people the repo shows as contributors are people who've ever contributed anything, no matter how small. Furthermore, this repo has no code. Abner created it purely for issue tracking. All I ever did is make some improvement to the README seven years ago.

That said, I hope yours and many other issues get fixed. I have 21 open issues on Typora (and 41 closed), and many more that I've voted for that still haven't been resolved.
