Drag and drop image doesn't consistently insert it, sometimes does nothing

Describe the bug
Dragging an image / picture to Typora doesn't work consistently. It fails silently with a variable percentage rate depending on the file (from 25% to 75%).

I thought it may be due to Typora not getting focus fast enough, but waiting some time before releasing mouse button to drop image doesn't consistently fix the issue either. I also tried to move the cursor to make sure to insert in some empty space (I can see the caret update live), but still no 100% fix.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Prepare a sample picture
2. Open Typora on some new file
3. Drag the sample picture to Typora. If it was properly inserted, Ctrl+Z to undo and repeat (or drag picture again just below)
4. Repeat 3 until the drag and drop fails and nothing is inserted

Expected behavior
Pictures should consistently be added on drag and drop
