Is there a possibility of creating change bars, either through typst directly or a post-processing step that compares two documents' markup? I use these a lot in technical writing to indicate changes on released documents (even when the raw markup can be diffed in a more modern version control system).

Might be related to planned features of the typst.app web app

Where did you find the list of planned web app features? That said, I'm looking for the change bars to be in the rendered output, not just in the web UI (and I actually can't use the web UI due to data security requirements).

Reknih is one of the developers, so the planned features may not necessarily be public.
