腾讯云COS上传图片失败 #17

图片的内容不能正常上传上去，但是文件却可以生成

上传的图片都是几B大小的

查看了下代码，发现在上传之前，文件的resource在最后一步丢了，
所以上传的都是空文件

读取资源时只读取了一行，没有循环读取资源,fgets

有出现文件乱码得情况吗？腾讯云COS真是个坑啊
